Nice – I love your “selling local leads” idea. My brother in law out here was talking local SEO with IMers in the Boise area way before all the product launches to that effect went out (I think it has to do w/the fact Clickbank’s in Boise, maybe prolly)…
Anyway: he was trying to convince me of that – and there’s LOTSA money in that. Great ideas…OK. I’m off to my own punch list, but thought I’d take a peek at how it’s really done.

Yes, the local leads idea came to me actually for my home town because I really dislike the person that is on the front page for a particular keyword lol. So I figured I’d just take it over and make them pay me. They have no idea what they are doing btw it’s just no competition so it will be easy.
